Vince Zampella, Dies in a Los Angeles Car Crash
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a vehicle crash in California at the age of 55.
The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The celebrated game designer died after his automobile collided and was engulfed in flames on a motorway in LA on this past Sunday, as reported by.
"This is a devastating loss, and our hearts are with his family and friends, his family, and everyone impacted by his legacy," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts said.
